Today I ran a nice 5K. I can tellt hat my times are getting better and I Am getting into better shape. The only thing I need to do now is to keep my strength. on the 10th (tomorrow). I am going to do a full body workout at the gym. IT should help with my strenght and also my physique.
That is about it for me. I am going to pick it up this weekend and run about 50k. 10 on friday and 10 on saturday. Sunday is going to be my long run again. I am going to run the 20K again. I want to try to put in some long runs once every week. It is rather crazy but I am crazy.

Today was a good day at practice. Yesterday I woke up at about 5:15 and was feeling very under the weather so I didn’t go into run at 6 am. I rested all day yesterday and then was ready to come back today. We ran repeat 1000m’s, which can get pretty hectic. I miss my monkey man more than I ever thought possible, but I try and keep extremely busy to make the time go by fast:) Here is a re-cap of my Wednesday:
